SHIPPING

CiaoGym currently ships to the USA, EU countries, the UK, the UAE and Kuwait. Shipping is always free.

USA

Orders under $800 shipped to the USA are tax-free and duty-free. If you want to place an order over $800, we suggest you divide it into two or more different purchases. Each one must be under $800 in order to avoid taxes and customs duties. Taxes and customs duties shall be paid by the customer. Customs duties are calculated on the total value of the goods entering the destination country. We will handle all the import procedures, so you can sit back and relax.

EU COUNTRIES

All orders shipped to EU countries are exempt from taxes. The UK and Switzerland are not part of the EU.

MIDDLE EAST

We currently ship to UAE and Kuwait. Taxes and duties are already included in the price. We will handle all the import procedures, so you can sit back and relax.

DELIVERY

Shipments are made only on working days. Shipping takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
