RETURNS
CiaoGym strives to offer an efficient and fast return service. Log into your reserved area and click on the Returns section to start a return procedure.
Return a product
- Find the order you want to return
- Fill in the form by entering the order number and photos of the products you wish to return
- You will be contacted by our support team as soon as possible; they will initiate the return procedure and tell you about the following steps
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return within 20 days of receiving your order. The return procedure will be valid only if the product is in the same condition as when it was received. The returned product must be in the original packaging, together with the original label and tag, which must be intact. If the garments have no tags/labels, appear to have been used/worn, or are dirty or otherwise in a different condition from the original, no refund will be issued.
Shipping costs for returning the goods will be borne by whoever requests the return. The return shipping cost will be free.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned goods, the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days. The full amount will be credited directly to your initial payment method. Depending on your banking institution, it can take from 3 to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
