SHIPPING

CiaoGym currently ships to USA and EU (except for UK and Switzerland, that are not part of the EU). Free shipping on all orders over $200. 20$ shipping fee on all US orders under $200.

Taxes and customs duties shall be paid by the customer. Customs duties are calculated on the total value of the goods entering the destination country.

USA

Orders under $800 shipped to the USA are tax-free and duty-free If you want to place an order over $800, we suggest you to divide it in two or more different purchases. Each one must be under $800 in order to avoid taxes and customs duties.

EUROPA

All orders shipped to EU countries are exempt from taxes. Very important: The UK and Switzerland are not part of the EU.

DELIVERY

Shipments are made only on working days. Shipping takes 1-4 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
