Shipping and delivery

SHIPPING

CiaoGym currently ships to USA and EU (except for UK and Switzerland, that are not part of the EU). Free shipping costs.

Taxes and customs duties shall be paid by the customer. Customs duties are calculated on the total value of the goods entering the destination country.

USA

Orders under $800 shipped to the USA are tax-free and duty-free If you want to place an order over $800, we suggest you to divide it in two or more different purchases. Each one must be under $800 in order to avoid taxes and customs duties.

EUROPA

All orders shipped to EU countries are exempt from taxes. Very important: The UK and Switzerland are not part of the EU.

DELIVERY

Shipments are made only on working days. Shipping takes 1-4 business days. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
